Help! I need to move my office. How does it all work?

When you work with professionals like us, it’s easy! For smaller office moves, you can often get a quote over the phone and book a date on the spot.

For larger office relocations, we’ll send a friendly sales rep to check out the job at a time that suits you. They’ll see how many totes are needed, the type of furniture, computers, printers, artwork etc. and tally up the total. Once they’ve left your office, they’ll figure out how many hours, men and trucks will be needed and a quote will pop up in your inbox.

Next, our crew show up on moving day, and you won’t even have to lift a finger.

Which areas do you cover?

We will do any big or small commercial office relocation in Vancouver, Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Sunshine Coast, Whistler etc. We sometimes like to leave British Columbia to see the world; so don’t be shy to ask about out-of-province moves.

How should we prepare for an office relocation?

Glad you asked, because planning saves SO much time! We’ll send you an Office Relocation Guide, or for larger moves we’ll hold a packing seminar for staff in your office.

If you don’t have the time to pack, give us a heads up and we’d be happy to send a few professional packers in to pack and label all of your office furnishings.

Are you insured?

Of course! We have Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Cargo Protection. Though our movers are experienced professionals, this insurance covers your furnishings, equipment, and your office building just in case.

What are K-Box Eco Totes?

Ever picked up a cardboard box full of stuff, only to have the bottom burst open? It sucks.

That doesn’t happen with our K-Box Eco Totes. These environmentally friendly boxes are more robust than cardboard and can be used over and over again. They’re light, stackable, and don’t need any tape – saving you plenty of packing time.

We also provide coloured labels, packing paper, tape, cardboard boxes (just please tape the bottom!) and computer bags to keep your wires, mouse and keyboard neatly organized.

Do you offer storage?

We provide short-term and long-term storage solutions in our temperature-controlled and secure facility.

This can mean temporary care for your belongings during a relocation, long-term storage of your furniture, equipment, and more following business downsizing or as a way to get yourself organized between transitions. 

Do you do Library File Transfers?

Yes! If you have a library or a huge number of files, the last thing you want is for them to get jumbled up on the other end of your move.

To avoid giving you grey hairs, our Library File Transfers involve loading all of your files or books onto library carts, keeping their exact order, and unloading them for you on the other end.
